Zarif Mohammadinia, Research Fellow, holds a Master’s degree in economics from South Asian University, New Delhi, and a Bachelor’s in economics from Kateb University, Kabul. His research interest lies in the broad areas of economic development, macroeconomic theory, and economic modelling.
His latest research focused on Afghan women participation in the labour force. Using latest household & labour surveys, he empirically studied the determinants of female labour force participation in Afghanistan and the prominent economic activities in which Afghan women are engaged.
